RESISTANCE WELDING PRESSURE
The pressure resistance welding is based on the production of an intimate junction, for thermal and mechanical energy effect. The thermal energy is immediately produced by electricity. The welding current flows directly through the welding zone and there produces heat due to the electrical resistance.
WELDING POINT
In resistance welding up the individual parts in the form of sheets, profiles, strips, stamping parts, wires or braids they are arranged between relatively sharp electrodes.
PROJECTION WELDING
In projection welding, the welding current is not concentrated with the help of pointed electrodes, but via a projection (bugna) or a profile, formed on one of the details in the junction point. E ‘therefore possible to work with high surface planar electrodes, whose shapes are adapted precisely to the particular profile being machined.
